Escape to the Suffolk countryside and enjoy a relaxed afternoon among the vines with our Picnic in the Vines experience. Settle into your own picnic spot within the vineyard and enjoy a beautifully curated picnic for two, accompanied by a bottle of Burnt House wine. Our picnic features a generous selection of artisan produce, bringing together delicious cheeses, charcuterie, antipasti, freshly baked bread, sweet treats and locally sourced favourites from East Anglia and beyond. Whether you’re planning a romantic afternoon, a catch-up with friends or a relaxed family day out, it’s the perfect way to slow down, enjoy the countryside and savour a glass of wine among the vines. Your Picnic Picnics can be collected from our Tasting Room between 12pm and 2pm, where our team will welcome you and show you to your picnic spot in the vineyard. A sample picnic menu includes: Sunday charcuterie and mixed antipasti board St Jude’s cheese Rustic baguette Loaded hummus Parmesan & sweet basil biscuits Miller’s Toast crackers Tiptree honey Spiced smoked mixed nuts Perelló olives Mixed antipasti selection Grapes Savoursmiths Desert Salt crisps Chocolate brownie Strawberries & clotted cream A bottle of Burnt House wine Our picnic menu may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability and the best produce available at the time. We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible — please let us know when booking. Booking Information Picnic baskets are designed for two guests. For larger groups, please contact us at events@burnthousevineyard.co.uk and our team will be happy to help. When booking online, please select one participant per picnic basket, with each basket serving two people. Weather Our picnics are designed to be enjoyed whatever the weather. In the event of rain or unsettled conditions, your picnic will go ahead under one of our covered stretch tents or inside our Tasting Room, so you can still enjoy your experience at the vineyard. Please note that picnics cannot be moved to an alternative date within 7 days of your booking. If poor weather affects your picnic, we will make every effort to ensure you can still enjoy your experience with us on the day.

Cancellation Policy

You may make a change to your order within 2 hours of placing the order, after this time period, orders cannot be amended. Where this results in a change in the total price of the Products, we will notify you of the amended price in writing. If the price is higher, you can choose to cancel the Order by informing us promptly in writing. We reserve the right to cancel any Order for any reason by informing you in writing. If your Order is cancelled we will contact you to let you know and will refund any money you have paid us in respect of the Order.
