We’re welcoming The Raclette Truck back to Burnt House Vineyard. Prepare for the ultimate winter warmer: bubbling Alpine raclette cheese, melted before your eyes and scraped generously over potatoes, deli meats and pickles.
The Raclette Truck brings a beloved Swiss tradition to life — heating whole wheels of cheese until molten, then pouring it over hot potatoes and classic accompaniments. It’s rich, comforting and absolutely perfect for chilly evenings.
Expect indulgent portions, toasted aromas and the kind of cosy, cheese‑laden goodness that makes autumn nights unforgettable.
Pair your raclette feast with a glass of Burnt House red or mulled wine and settle in for a warm, atmospheric November evening among the vines. Our bar will be open as usual with wine, beer, cider and soft drinks.
