The Future Of English Wine

English wine is having a moment — but there is far more to the story than sparkling wine. Join us at Burnt House Vineyard for a series of relaxed, hosted evenings exploring the grapes, regions, producers and ideas shaping the English wine industry.

Time & Location

25 Mar 2027, 19:30 – 21:00

Burnt House Vineyard, Burnt House Vineyard, Bildeston Rd, Little Finborough, Stowmarket IP14 2LA, UK

About the event

English wine is changing quickly.

New vineyards, new grape varieties, different approaches to winemaking and a growing interest in what England can produce beyond traditional-method sparkling.

For our final tasting in the series, we’re looking at what’s next. We’ll taste five wines that represent some of the more interesting ideas happening across the industry — from PIWI varieties and climate resilience to skin-contact winemaking, premium still wine and experimental reds.

£35 per person | Five wines | Nibbles included | Approx. 90 minutes

Want to make a night of it? Book dinner in our Vineyard Kitchen before the tasting and join us afterwards for the wine evening. Dinner is booked separately and tables are subject to availability.
