We are delighted to welcome back Pinney’s of Orford who will be bringing the exceptional flavours of the Suffolk coast to Burnt House.
Pinney’s are a renowned third‑generation family business who have been smoking fish and cultivating oysters on the Suffolk coast since the 1950s, using traditional oak‑log smoking methods and low‑impact fishing to preserve local fisheries.
Expect an incredible spread of fresh oysters, beautifully smoked fish and seafood delicacies, all showcasing the craft and quality Pinney’s are famous for. Whether you’re an oyster lover or simply appreciate the best of coastal produce, this is a Feast Friday not to miss.
