You’ll enjoy five hand-picked English Sparkling Wines, each showcasing the quality and character of this exciting category. Guiding you through the tasting will be Ed Keith, who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every glass.
Ed has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, working across restaurants, bars and hotels before following his passion into the wine trade over a decade ago. For the last 10 years, he has worked with Hallgarten Wines, supporting restaurants and wine lovers across Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. A true wine enthusiast, Ed hosts tastings and events across East Anglia and loves nothing more than sharing his experience and enthusiasm with others.
